You can set both your Personal and Organization Portfolios to private or public

Public: Portfolios and Insights can be viewed by any registered EarthScan users with the link to a Personal or Organization Portfolio. This includes users you have shared the link with outside the EarthScan Organization.
Once a public Portfolio has been shared with a user, the user can view the Portfolio and also share the link with other EarthScan users. However, this user cannot edit the Portfolio in any way - adding or removing Assets is prohibited.
Private (Personal): Only you and the people added as a Viewer or a Sharer have access to your Portfolio and the Insights shared.
Private (Organization): Only you, the people added as a Viewer or a Sharer and members of your EarthScan Organization have access to your Portfolio and the Insights shared.
Please note: By default, your Portfolios are set to private.
Make your Portfolio public
Follow the steps below to set your Portfolio to public:
- From the EarthScan menu, navigate to the Portfolio you’d like to make public.
- Click on the Share Portfolio icon in the upper right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, click on ‘Public portfolio’.
- A pop-up message appears on screen when the privacy settings have been updated.
Make your Portfolio public if:
- You want to share your Portfolio and/or Insights with any registered EarthScan users, within or beyond your organization.
Make your Portfolio private
Follow the steps below to set your Portfolio to private:
- From the EarthScan menu, navigate to the Portfolio you’d like to make private.
- Click on the Share Portfolio icon in the upper right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, click on ‘Private portfolio’.
- A pop-up message appears on screen when the privacy settings have been updated.
Make your Portfolio private if:
- You want to share your Portfolio and/or Insights with invited EarthScan Organization members only.
