You can create multiple Portfolios in EarthScan™. The total number of assets you can analyze depends on whether they’re located in your Personal or Organization Portfolio

Types of Workspaces
In EarthScan, you can access two types of workspace: Personal and Organization.
Find both types of workspace from the EarthScan menu. Click on the circle icon to access your Personal workspace, or the square icon to access your Organization workspace.

Personal Workspace
- Your Personal workspace is where your Personal Portfolio is stored.
- Within your Personal Portfolio, you can analyze Climate Intelligence on up to five assets within one Portfolio.
- Keep track of your asset allowance in the upper left corner of your Personal workspace.
Organization Workspace
- Your Organization workspace stores all of the Portfolios that have been created by you and anyone that has been invited to the EarthScan Organization.
- Your asset allowance depends on what package you are signed up to.
- You can have an unlimited number of Portfolios
- You can add the same asset to multiple Portfolios.
- You can keep track of your asset allowance in the upper left corner of your Organization workspace.
