How to share your EarthScan Insights
Your Insights appear on the right side of your EarthScan dashboard, next to the interactive map.
Follow these steps to share your Insights:
- Click on the Share Insight icon next to the Insight you want to share.
- A pop-up message appears confirming the Insight link has been copied to your clipboard.
- Copy and paste the link into an email, Slack, Teams chat, etc.

Who can you share your Insights with?
Sharing your Insights depends on the privacy settings of your Portfolio.
- If your Portfolio is set to public, you can share your Insights with anyone. An Insight shared via a link from this Portfolio can be viewed by anyone on the internet.
- If your Portfolio is set to private, only you and other members of your EarthScan Organization will have access to your Portfolio and any Insights shared from that Portfolio.
