How to Share your Portfolio
It’s easy to share your Portfolio:
- From the EarthScan menu, navigate to the Portfolio you’d like to share.
- In the upper right corner, click on the ‘Share Portfolio’ button.
- A pop-up menu appears on screen from which you can share your Portfolio.
There are two ways to share your Portfolio:
- Share using the recipients’ email addresses (for either existing or new EarthScan users).
- Copy and share a link with any existing EarthScan users.
Share via email
- Enter the recipient's email address. For multiple recipients, simply add more email addresses on separate lines.
- Select the permissions for each recipient:
- A ‘Viewer’ can view and share a link to this Portfolio.
- A ‘Sharer’ can view and invite others to the Portfolio as a Viewer or a Sharer.
3. Click on Share to send a link to your Portfolio to the individuals you have selected.
4. A pop-up message will appear to confirm you’d like to proceed if the user you are
adding is not a member of your EarthScan Organization.
Share a Link
- Select ‘Copy Link’.
- A pop-up message appears confirming the Insight link has been copied to your clipboard.
- Copy and paste the link into an email, Slack, Teams chat, etc.
Who can you share your Portfolio with?
Sharing your Portfolio depends on the privacy settings you have chosen:
- If your Portfolio is set to public, registered EarthScan users with the link can view this Portfolio. (This is both users within your EarthScan Organization, and users outside of your EarthScan Organization).
- If your Portfolio is set to private, only you and any users added to the Portfolio can access it via the link.
